[dropcap]I[/dropcap]s there anything cuter than a kitten, with its tiny paws and little nose? I really can’t think of something that could top that. And if that kitty happens to be a spotted little baby Bengal, even better. You already know you’re in for a cuteness overload.
Apart from being extremely adorable, kittens are known for being overwhelmingly active and playful, especially Bengal kittens. They can’t get enough or jumping around, climbing all over and exploring their environment. The kitten from this video, called Jax, is a perfect example of both the high-spiritedness and the cuteness of baby Bengals.
From bouncing around to playing with toys, this 3-minute video is packed with action. Seriously, I got tired just watching it! Although still a bit clumsy, Jax starts by jumping around the bedroom and, of course, trying to climb on the window nets (like every single cat in the universe does). Thankfully, his human had more than enough toys to keep him enthralled for the better part of the video. Kittens particularly love the feather toys like those shown in the video, whether they are retractable teasers like this The Jackson Galaxy Air Prey Wand by Petmate or a giant fluffy tail for them to chase, like Da Bird. Jax was certainly thrilled with them, to the extent that he took the whole wand in his mouth and carried it away at one point. Which was, of course, completely hilarious.
But, as we can see with Jax, cat toys are not essential for your kitty to have fun, although they might help you keep them occupied. In this Bengal kitten’s case, even a paper bag or a cardboard box had the potential to become a source of endless fun. However, considering that cats get bored with the simpler toys quite easily, it’s always a good idea to have a few more challenging ones in your assortment, to make sure your Bengal kitten will have a productive way to spend their youthful energy. Jax also had a cat condo, similar to the Go Pet Club Cat Tree, which provides him with a place to scratch, climb on and jump from, and that is what a baby Bengal needs. Of course, don’t expect them to forget about your countertops or drawers, as they will certainly find their way in there. When it comes to Bengals, there is no such thing as boundaries!
In the end of the video, this Bengal kitten was exhausted by all the playing and we get to see him curl up on the sofa and fall asleep. Even if his mischievous antics failed to melt your heart (and I seriously doubt that), there’s no way you’ll be indifferent to a fluffy Bengal baby trying to stay awake. As I said, a cuteness overload is guaranteed!
